The Regional Museum of Contemporary Art Occitanie in Sérignan unveils on Saturday, January 27, 2024, the new presentation of its collections.

As every year, this is an opportunity for Mrac to completely renew its hanging to propose a new variation from its collection, now composed of over 560 works. The latest acquisitions are revealed through a path that departs from traditional connections and offers a dialogue between works by artists of different generations to allow a fresh perspective on the museum's collections. The hanging does not follow chronological data but suggests formal, stylistic, or aesthetic connections with a diversity of works (paintings, drawings, photographs, sculptures, installations...), allowing for the discovery of key artists in the contemporary scene."
