Art Paris 2023

For Art Paris 2023, Les Filles du calvaire presents six artists of the current visual arts scene, including four newcomers to the gallery. Jérémie Cosimi, whose paintings offer a mythology made of icons and reinvented pagan rites. Maya-Ines Touam, whose work is both anthropological and dreamlike, using symbolic or personal objects. Frances Goodman, whose work uses materials, processes and forms associated with the beauty industry. Levi van Veluw, who produces multidisciplinary works exploring the modes of seduction exercised by the religious. Also on view will be new paintings by Katinka Lampe, inviting contemplation and reflection, and Paz Corona with a new series declining poses and materials in colorful instants.
